Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili, held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Georgia, Amit Kumar Mishra.

The Minister congratulated the Indian Ambassador on the commencement of his diplomatic mission and wished him success in his future endeavors.

During the meeting, the parties discussed priority areas of economic relations between the two countries.

Discussions focused on prospects for cooperation in trade, investment, innovation, tourism, civil aviation, digital technologies, and logistics.

Deputy Ministers of Economy and Sustainable Development, Genadi Arveladze and Tamar Ioseliani also attended the meeting.
