Functions of the Strategic Communication Department:

  • Preparing official messages, announcements, and other informational materials related to the Ministry's activities and informing the mass media;
  • Informing the public about the events organized by the Ministry and the decisions made;
  • Distributing press reviews regarding the Ministry's activities;
  • Ensuring the holding of press conferences and briefings;
  • Photo and video coverage of the Ministry's events;
  • Periodically updating information on the Ministry's website;
  • Obtaining all necessary information from the Ministry's structural units and the legal entities of public law under the state control of the Ministry;
  • Developing short- and long-term public relations strategies;
  • Monitoring materials covered by the mass media regarding the Ministry's activities;
  • Participating in the preparation of advertisements, newspaper articles, and video clips concerning the Ministry's activities;
  • Participating in the planning and organization of interviews, briefings, press conferences, and public meetings within the scope of its competence;
  • The consistent development of the country's brand;
  • Promoting the enhancement of the country's reputation for potential partners and investors;
  • Determining the necessary channels to raise brand awareness and conducting negotiations;
  • Continuous brand communication with the planned intensity and agreed format;
  • Ensuring/implementing the organization of important forums, conferences, and exhibitions for the country;
  • Continuous collection and analysis of information regarding factors negatively affecting the country's reputation.
